Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand goals
- Manage content across digital platforms including XHS, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create and publish engaging content (captions, visuals, short videos, reels, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimise performance
- Track and analyse content performance, and refine strategies based on insights
- Manage and grow the brand’s XHS presence, including community engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, E-Commerce) for consistent brand messaging
- Support content production such as shoots, livestreams, and campaign activations
- Manage influencer/KOL collaborations including sourcing, briefing, execution, and performance tracking
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand collaborations
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proficient in social media tools and basic photo/video editing software (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
- Familiar with content analytics tools (e.g. XHS, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a good eye for visual content
- Up to date with social media trends, pop culture, and platform updates
- A team player with strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
