Responsibilities

Content & Video Production

• Build social media presence from the ground up, establishing channels, content pillars, posting cadence, and brand voice across all platforms
• Conceive, shoot, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn, translating complex fintech/crypto/corporate services topics into clear, engaging, shareable content.
• Own the omnichannel content calendar, aligned to product launches, regulatory updates, market expansion announcements, and industry events.
• Manage organic social channels: grow following, drive engagement, and build trust across both professional (B2B) and consumer-facing (B2C) audiences.

Paid Social

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, amplifying organic content and driving qualified B2B and B2C leads.
• Coordinate with the Paid Media Specialist on shared audience data and retargeting strategy; Google Search/Display/YouTube ad spend remains outside this role’s scope.
• Track and report on MQLs as the primary KPI, alongside supporting metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, reach, engagement, pipeline contribution), with clear, data-driven optimization recommendations.

Cross-Functional & Brand

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Sales to ensure all content and ad creative accurately represents our services and meets regulatory and platform advertising requirements.
• Surface stories – case studies, team expertise, client wins – that build LegalBison’s credibility and brand awareness in a trust-sensitive industry.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, fintech content trends, and competitor positioning to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

• Video Editing (Premiere / CapCut / Final Cut / Canva or equivalent)
