Job Description

More Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Handle all service activities, including upgrades, inspections, and repairs on MacGregor and other third-party equipment.
  • Write clear service reports and share customer feedback to help our organization improve.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for parts or service sales while on-site.
  • Lead on-site subcontractors and help train or mentor junior colleagues.
  • Stay up to date with our technical processes and keep sharpening your professional skills.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You are a motivated, independent worker who thrives in a technically advanced and fast-paced environment. You are highly adaptable, able to perform under pressure, and dedicated to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Ideally, You Have

  • A nationally recognized technical education, such as an NVQ Level 4 Apprenticeship, or equivalent technical training is required
  • Solid experience in Electrical, Hydraulic, Marine, Military, or heavy engineering
  • Experience working in ports, onboard ships, or in offshore environments is highly preferred
  • Practical knowledge of electric and/or hydraulics
