You love conceptualising, designing solutions that are easy, powerful and delightful for people to use. You’ve got experience keeping users front-of-mind throughout the innovation process, with user research and testing. You know how to persuade and engage stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation, to make good design happen. You have a systematic and reliable approach to working out what needs to be done, and making sure it happens on time. You’re meticulous and thoughtful about the user experiences you design.

To really ace this role, we think you’ll need :

To really ace this role, we think you’ll need :

– 5+ years experience designing UI/UX for web and mobile applications;

– Experience designing financial products, or complex, info-heavy products in a business environment.

– A strong understanding of interaction design fundamentals, processes and methods.

– Solid UI design skills, so you can assemble clear and appealing designs using design language and design system elements, and create custom components occasionally.

– Figma as your tool of choice.

– Experience using AI to help you execute a deeper design process within time constraints.

– An eagerness to learn, but also to teach and mentor
