Senior Telecommunications Design and Delivery Specialist

Your new role
As the Senior Telecommunications Design & Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building and commissioning telecommunications solutions supporting OT security monitoring across multiple electrical substations.
Working closely with OT, SCADA and nokia, you will develop detailed designs, implementation plans, testing strategies and technical documentation. This is a hands on role where you’ll be involved in design, configuration, testing and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong experience with Nokia IP/MPLS and Cisco networking environments
- Proven knowledge of BGP, OSPF, routing, segmentation and WAN technologies
- Experience working within utilities, OT or critical infrastructure environments
- Understanding of SCADA, RTUs and DNP3 communications
- Experienced in CISCO
- Experience designing and delivering telecommunications solutions within operational environments
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams
- White Card and current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Electrical utility or substation experience highly regarded
