1 Lead Interaction Designer 

Job Description

The successful Lead Interaction Designer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading interaction and visual design for complex digital services and platforms.
• Designing user flows, interaction patterns and intuitive user interfaces.
• Developing high-fidelity prototypes and reusable design components.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-centred and accessible solutions.

The successful Lead Interaction Designer will have experience in the following:

• Strong experience in user-centred design (UCD) and interaction design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for UX/UI design and prototyping.
• Experience designing accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
• Understanding of information architecture and digital service delivery environments.
