Basic Qualifications
• 5 years of product design experience with at least 2 years specifically focused on design systems or UI libraries.
• Expert proficiency in Figma including deep knowledge of variables auto-layout and complex component properties.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to build and maintain design systems with specific examples of documentation and systematic thinking.
• Visual excellence: You have an expert eye for layout iconography and typography and a passion for pushing visual quality forward.
• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in Interaction Design Product Design or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with enterprise platforms across mobile desktop and web interfaces.
• Technical fluency: Familiarity with front-end development (React HTML CSS) to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Motion & Prototyping: Experience with motion design and advanced prototyping to validate complex interactions.
• Passion for Health: A genuine desire to use technology to help people live pain-free lives.
