Product Designer, 

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Utilize systems thinking to unify patterns across various touchpoints and systems, ensuring cohesive end-to-end experiences across different surfaces, applications, teams, and technologies.
– Simplify complex problems by translating them into practical design solutions grounded in user research and data.
– Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive alignment through designs, workshops, and clear communication.
– Prototype ideas using tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma, and experiment with emerging tools to visualize and articulate proposed solutions.
– Craft compelling narratives using qualitative and quantitative data to inspire alignment and action.

Qualifications Required:
– A relevant degree and a minimum of 14 years of experience in product design, with a successful track record of delivering designs that meet user and business needs.
– Experience in utilizing design thinking and service design tools to address complex business challenges.
– Strong operational skills to work independently, manage multiple projects, and foster collaboration between design, product management, and engineering teams.
– Creative and analytical skills to conduct research, synthesize insights, and communicate opportunities for design.
– Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
– Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a focus on achieving pixel-perfect precision in the final product.
