Senior Product Designer

Job Description

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll design end-to-end experiences, get close to the detail, and help shape how AI can make money management more personal, proactive and genuinely useful. Not the flashy kind of AI. The kind that quietly makes people’s financial lives easier.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design for end-to-end experiences within your product area, across mobile and desktop
• Explore and prototype AI-driven interactions that make financial life easier
• Work closely with engineers (React, SwiftUI, etc.) and grow your comfort with front-end implementation
• Contribute to the design principles and systems used across LHV’s products
• Drive discovery and testing that connects what users need with what the business needs
• Give and take feedback that raises the bar for the whole team
  

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of product design experience, including owning complex, high-impact work
• A portfolio showing clarity, craft and strong systems thinking across platforms
• Experience designing for both consumer and enterprise-level challenges
• Comfortable working with AI as part of your process, not just curious about it
• Strong collaboration skills and confidence in ambiguous environments
• Proficiency in Figma and interest in how front-end concepts (React, HTML/CSS, SwiftUI) bring designs to life
