Senior Payment Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with Indian banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers.
2. Identify and establish new banking partnerships to support payment collection, payouts, settlement, and other banking services.
3. Coordinate bank account opening, merchant onboarding, KYC documentation, compliance requirements, and commercial agreements.
4. Negotiate banking products, transaction limits, settlement cycles, service fees, and partnership terms.
5. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and banking partners.
6. Work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to implement banking solutions.
7. Coordinate payment channel integration projects and ensure timely delivery.
8. Monitor banking service performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
9. Stay updated on RBI regulations, NPCI standards, and banking industry developments.
10. Build long-term strategic partnerships with banks to support future business expansion.
