Senior Marketing Manager 

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts based on client.
• Conduct research on design trends, materials, and furniture to stay current with industry developments.
• Participate in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects.
• Source and research materials that align with design concepts and client preferences.
• Assist in preparing design presentations for clients, including mood boards, sample boards, and 3D renderings.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions about design concepts and project progress.
• Assist in maintaining organized project files and records
• Participate in site visits to gain practical insights into construction and installation processes.
• Assist in identifying and resolving design-related issues during site visits. Maintain samples library (fabric, metal, finishes etc)

skills

• Creative talent, imagination and eye for detail.
• Registered diploma or degree in Interior design or Architecture.
• Good knowledge of Auto-CAD, google SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop.
• Good Knowledge in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
