Senior Developer

Job Description

n this role, you will;

• Contribute to the software development lifecycle to define, design, develop, and implement fit-for-purpose custom software solutions using Appian’s low-code platform.
• Foster ongoing collaboration with users and the internal team throughout the requirements-gathering process, ensuring that technical needs align with business objectives and facilitating open communication to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Develop and maintain program coding standards to meet system requirements, UI/UX design, and technical specifications.
• Support the ongoing analysis and development of interfaces to integrate with other systems.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proficient in applying knowledge within a digital delivery environment, leveraging Agile software development practices to effectively address and solve operational problems.
• Intermediate capability with developing and deploying functionality, forms, reports, integrations and workflow on low-code platforms such as Appian, and in other development areas such as SQL databases, API development and JSON/XML formats.
• Understanding of programming concepts and experience of coding in low-code platforms such as Appian, object-orientated programming, and SQL databases is highly desirable.
• Contribute specialized technical expertise to a collaborative team working on complex and multifaceted projects.
• Self-driven with excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure with competing deadlines.
