Get To Know Us :

This role combines Chorus workflow development, DevOps support, and problem investigation, ensuring stability and reliability across multiple non-production and production environments. Mentoring colleagues through the Chorus Training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques. Problem solving issues that arise in the day-to-day running of Chorus processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

What You Will Get to Do :

– Design Chorus workflow process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.

– Configure new Chorus processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

– Create and maintain solution documentation.

– Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.

– Participate in cross-functional delivery teams alongside Developers, QAs, BAs, Architects, and Platform/Infrastructure teams to deliver Workflow solutions.

– Support client-facing workshops and communicate Chorus technical changes clearly to non-technical and business stakeholders.

Experience and knowledge :

– Ability to work with Testers to ensure Quality delivered solutions.

– Experience in Chorus Workflow Development and solutions.

– Experience with Application workflows, Model Analysis and Administration workspace.

– Knowledge of Analytics (Chorus Reporting).

– CI/CD experience including Jenkins and automated deployment processes.

– Experience with Workflow and the Chorus application.

– Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

– Programming/database competency : C#, Python, MS SQL, Oracle SQL.

– Strong understanding of :

1. Operating systems internals

2. Logs and service management

3. Scheduled tasks/cron

4. Permissions and access models

5. Resource monitoring

6. Monitoring tools : Elastic, Dynatrace.

7. Source control : Git.

What You Will Bring :

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

– 5 – 10 years of experience in a technology or application development role.

– Specializing in cloud and integration technology.

– Exposure to SDLC methodologies, with a willingness to work in Agile environments.

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Effective communication and collaboration skills.

– Experience in troubleshooting and debugging in development, test and production environments to restore service rapidly.

– Cloud knowledge on AWS and experience in working on cloud environment is also a plus.

– Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD process is preferrable (Jenkins, Splunk, ELK, Ansible, GitHub).

– ITIL knowledge is also a plus.

– Passion for learning and developing technical and business domain expertise.
