What you’ll do

• Support delivery within a large-scale global transformation program.
• Work within a SAFe / Scaled Agile environment.
• Partner with digital platform and technology teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including Portfolio Directors.
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams across the program.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous Scrum Master experience within enterprise environments.
• SAFe / Scaled Agile experience.
• Scrum Master certification (essential).
• PI Planning experience (essential).
• Insurance industry experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working with digital platforms, applications or technology teams.
