Scrum Master

Job Description

 This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure successful delivery from planning through implementation. Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile teams across multiple concurrent projects
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies while ensuring timely delivery
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility
• Partner with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Support backlog management and project prioritization efforts

Requirements

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
• 5+ years of Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Management experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
