Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design and maintain scalable Salesforce technical solutions aligned with platform best practices and long-term system architecture.
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Participate in the migration process from legacy systems, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to Salesforce development standards.
  • Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, following the “clicks over code” principle whenever possible.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware when applicable.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with key tools such as DocuSign, Salesloft, and internal product APIs.
  • Manage deployments across Salesforce environments (Sandboxes and Production) using established release management and DevOps processes.
  • Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring code coverage and adherence to Salesforce testing standards.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving root causes.
  • Document technical solutions, integrations, and development standards to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Support platform improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Provide user support with incidents resolution.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
  • Experience developing flow, custom triggers, classes, asynchronous processes (Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled jobs).
  • Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs and building integrations with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture, and security/sharing models.
  • Experience with technical data migrations and CRM system transitions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices, including deployment tools and environment management.
  • Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
