Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Victorian sales strategy.
• Identify and secure new residential and commercial project opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers and key industry stakeholders.
• Increase product specification opportunities within the architectural community.
• Develop new business while growing long-term client partnerships.
• Provide market insights to support product development and local marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with interstate colleagues to maximise national opportunities.
• Represent the business professionally throughout the Victorian market.

About You
You’ll already have credibility within the Victorian building products or architectural construction market and enjoy developing long-term commercial relationships.

You may currently be working as a:

• Regional Sales Manager
• State Sales Manager
• Architectural Sales Manager
• Specification Manager
• Senior Account Manager

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Strategic thinking and proactive leadership with an entrepreneurial spirit; excited to be building your own function within this international organisation in growth
• Demonstrated success selling architectural aluminium windows and doors or closely related premium building products.
• Established relationships with architects, builders, developers or premium residential construction professionals.
• Experience selling technically specified products.
• A sound understanding of window and door installation and project delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive business development mindset.
• Outstanding relationship-building, influencing and communication skills.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
• High levels of professionalism, resilience and personal integrity.
