Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
  • Introduce and explain the company’s digital marketing services.
  • Understand customer requirements and answer their queries professionally.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with interested prospects via phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent call quality.

Eligibility

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
