Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
• Identify sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them by understanding customer needs and market trends.
• Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase products/services offerings to potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, conversions achieved, and revenue generated.
