Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain BillTrio’s features and benefits.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and online communication tools.
Preferred Skills
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer support, or telecalling.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or software products is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
