Job Description

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads within 24 hours of opt-in and identify the prospect’s career concern (career selection, career switch, career growth, or a current career problem).
• Explain the value of the career assessment programme using the approved script, and invite qualified leads to the scheduled webinar.
• Add prospects to the relevant WhatsApp/communication group, share webinar link and date, and send reminders before the session.
• Conduct structured post-webinar follow-up calls, including the standard 3-question feedback check.
• Handle objections using the Acknowledge Clarify Respond Close framework; never promise guaranteed jobs, admissions, or outcomes.
• Close the sale by confirming the right package (Core 4,999 / Flagship 7,500 / Premium 9,999), sharing the payment link, and confirming payment.
• Run the structured follow-up cadence (Day 0, 1, 3, 7) for leads who have not yet converted.
• Accurately log every call, outcome, and objection in the CRM this is the single source of truth for the team.
• Participate in the weekly sales review call and flag recurring objections or process issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Clear, confident spoken English (additional fluency in Tamil/Hindi language is a plus).
• Comfortable on the phone for extended periods; consultative rather than pushy sales style.
• Basic computer literacy CRM data entry, WhatsApp Web, calling/dialer tools.
• Good listening skills and the discipline to follow an approved script and offer structure without freelancing on pricing or claims.

Requirements for Work-From-Home Setup

• Personal laptop or smartphone with stable internet connectivity.
• A quiet, distraction-free space for calling during working hours.
• Headset for calls (recommended).
