Job Description

The Role:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our clients’ needs. You will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
• Provide feedback to product development based on customer insights.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical concerns.

Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic sales team, working alongside sales representatives, product managers, and technical support staff.
Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Technical skills in software or hardware solutions.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
