Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend and respond to all incoming sales enquiries within defined timelines and meet assigned KPIs
  • Generate new business opportunities through structured lead generation using Google, LinkedIn, online directories, and industry research
  • Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients across relevant industries including warehousing, construction, fit-outs, and related sectors
  • Conduct outbound calling and outreach to prospective clients to introduce company products and generate sales leads
  • Follow up consistently on all quotations, drawings, and enquiries to maximise conversion and close deals
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on client requirements, ensuring commercial viability and competitiveness
  • Develop basic system layouts, drawings, and concepts using AutoCAD or other tools where required to support proposals
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal team, and Director to ensure all proposals are technically and commercially aligned
  • Manage client relationships by maintaining regular communication, understanding requirements, and ensuring a high level of service
  • Support end-to-end sales process including handover to operations team and ensuring smooth execution of confirmed orders
  • Track all leads, quotations, and sales activities in structured formats and provide regular updates to management
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new markets, products, and opportunities for expansion
  • Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to improve efficiency in lead generation, proposal creation, and communication
  • Suggest and implement innovative ideas, strategies, and improvements to increase market penetration and overall business performance
  • Maintain clear communication with management and team members, ensuring transparency and accountability in all assigned tasks
  • Perform additional duties as required based on business needs, role expansion, and individual capability
