Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings.
  • Identify and research potential target accounts using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently generating opportunities.
  • Personalize outreach messages tailored to the prospects business and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospects in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach messaging and campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospects through multiple channels to nurture relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 34 years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development / Lead Generation.
  • Experience selling into US or global markets preferred.
  • Working experience with AI and AI agents is preferred.
  • Cybersecurity sales experience is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working in US shift hours.
