Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and build a pipeline of potential travel partners, including travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, visa companies, airlines, DMCs, and travel communities.
2. Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, calls, and other relevant channels.
3. Explain SIM proposition clearly and position it as an additional revenue opportunity for travel businesses.
4. Qualify leads based on business type, customer volume, travel destinations, and potential eSIM sales opportunity.
5. Schedule demos and follow-up meetings with interested partners.
6. Support partner onboarding, including account setup, portal walkthrough, pricing explanation, and first transaction support.
7. Help partners understand how to sell eSIMs to their customers and use agent portal effectively.
8. Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to drive activation, repeat usage, and monthly sales.
9. Track leads, conversations, onboarding status, and sales progress in a simple CRM or tracking sheet.
10. Collect feedback from partners and customers to improve the sales pitch, onboarding process, and product experience.
11. Coordinate with the internal team for partner requirements, technical support, pricing queries, and operational issues.
12. Work with a target-driven mindset and help grows partner network and monthly eSIM sales volume.
