Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Perform quality and metadata checks on Proceedings papers while adhering to the style guide.

2. Meet publication and production deadlines specified in the publication agreement.

3. Manage and compile Proceedings volumes, preparing front matter. Conduct volume-level quality checks and publish the volume.

4. Provide troubleshooting and support to authors and organizers using the submission and review system.

5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient publications, including daily check-ins via email and Teams.

6. Touch base with copyediting experience
