Your new role

This project involves the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors within a government department to modernise and streamline core human resources processes. The implementation will deliver a secure, cloud‑based HR platform that supports improved workforce management, data accuracy, and reporting, while aligning with government policies, privacy obligations, and security standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven track record as SAP Success Factors Project Manager
• Must have background in Payroll (SuccessFactors ECP)
• 7–10 years of large SAP Project Management experience
• Ability to travel to Hobart (on a regular basis)
