Job Description

Responsibilities

• Independently manage US Commercial & Mid-Rise architectural projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and complete construction drawing sets.
• Create and manage architectural documentation using Revit.
• Produce accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready drawings.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Civil, and other consultants.
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Apply strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Coordinate with junior team members and support project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with US Commercial & Mid-Rise projects.
• Strong hands-on Revit experience Mandatory.
• Ability to independently handle projects from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation.
• Experience producing complete architectural construction drawing sets.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Experience coordinating with Structural, MEP, Civil, and other consultants.
• Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Candidates with only single-family residential experience will not be considered relevant.
• Updated resume and portfolio showcasing relevant US Commercial / Mid-Rise projects and Revit work are mandatory.
