Job Description

As our next Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Adcash product, shaping the entire product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions that delight customers.

What will you do…

  • Create and drive the product strategy and contribute to the vision within your domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Actively gather feedback from customers, users, and key stakeholders to refine product ideas and prioritize improvements.
  • Own your domain’s product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Define the scope and requirements for PI Planning, leading discussions and working closely with development teams.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor offerings to spark new ideas and continuous improvement.
  • Work with Architects, developers and UI/UX Designers to evaluate feasibility and enhance user experiences.
  • Track product development, validate solutions, and ensure business expectations are met throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build a cutting-edge tool and features.

We’d like to meet someone with…

  • 2–5 years in a Product Manager (or equivalent) role, owning a defined product area.
  • A track record of delivering at least one significant initiative end-to-end, including post-launch iteration based on user feedback, data, or other performance signals.
  • Experience in B2B products or two-sided marketplaces, ideally in adtech, martech, fintech, SaaS, or a related domain.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering with engineering, sales, operations, and analytics teams in environments where product serves multiple internal stakeholders.
  • A fast-thinking mindset and strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly and overcome obstacles creatively.
  • A results-oriented attitude, always focused on achieving meaningful outcomes and driving product evolution.
  • An ability to come up with new ideas and turn complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and tracking KPIs to measure product success.
  • A self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with an extroverted and engaging approach to collaboration.
