Job Description

Responsibilities:

Talk to creators and users directly deep customer research, interviews, listening, observing how they actually behave
Test the app alongside the dev team use it like a creator, use it like a user, find the friction, build real empathy for both
Own onboarding flow design, test, and iterate the first experience for both creators and users
Own usability and workflows find friction, remove it, make the product feel obvious to use
Write specs and requirements PRDs, FRDs, user stories grounded in real customer evidence
Build AI agents to automate your own workflow research synthesis, documentation, reporting, follow-ups
Coordinate between development, testing, design, and the creator team keep things moving
Research pricing, payouts, competitors, creator and user needs bring options, not summaries
Track launch milestones, surface blockers, push the product forward
