Job Description

A Day in the Life

• Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile products, ensuring usability and accessibility for customers
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma
• Contribute to and work within established design systems, applying consistent visual styles across multiple products and brands
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve outcomes
• Produce clear design documentation, user flows, and handover notes to support development teams
• Participate in design critiques and team reviews to continuously improve design quality and processes
• Work independently to manage design tasks and deliver solutions in line with product roadmaps and timelines

Your Strengths

• Proven experience working as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a commercial environment
• Strong visual design and user experience skills with a passion for creating intuitive digital products
• Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, along with collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro
• Experience working with design systems and applying consistent styles across multiple products or features
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user‑centred design practices
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs to communicate design concepts effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
• Familiarity with native iOS and Android design patterns and platform best practices
• Experience designing for multiple brands or white‑label environments is highly regarded
