Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Designer to bridge the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical realities. You will design intuitive, scalable interfaces that bring clarity, usability, and consistency across our products.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure every design decision contributes to a seamless user experience. You will also help evolve our Design System, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards, and collaborate with the Frontend team to ensure designs are implemented accurately across platforms.

Core responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end design process, from product briefs and user research to sketching, prototyping, testing, and measurement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on product requirements and user insights.
• Incorporate user research and feedback to continuously improve usability and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to refine designs and ensure alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.
• Run quick iterative tests to validate design ideas and guide decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
• Identify areas for improvement and explore innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Apply knowledge of user psychology and behavior to design experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

Experience and key competencies

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Strong Figma skills and familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Solid foundation in UI, UX, and interaction design.
• Experience in iGaming or other gambling products, including casino and sports platforms, is an advantage.
• Collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Problem-solving with a focus on cost-effective design solutions.
• Turning data and user insights into actionable, strategic design decisions.
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a bonus.
