Presentation Designer / PowerPoint Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality corporate presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Transform raw content, business information, data, and concepts into clear and visually compelling presentations.
• Work on presentations for enterprise clients, senior leadership, sales teams, HR/L&D teams, and business stakeholders.
• Follow client-specific brand guidelines, templates, fonts, colors, layouts, and visual standards.
• Create and format:
• Corporate presentations
• Business proposals
• Pitch decks
• Sales presentations
• Management presentations
• Reports and dashboards
• Infographics
• Process diagrams
• Timelines and roadmaps
• Charts and graphs
• Training and learning presentations
• Marketing presentations
• Convert complex information and data into easy-to-understand visual formats.
• Maintain consistency across large presentation decks and multiple deliverables.
• Work on high-volume and time-sensitive presentation requests while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, content teams, designers, and clients to understand requirements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work based on deadlines and business requirements.
• Make revisions based on client and internal stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure presentations are error-free, aligned, properly formatted, and presentation-ready before delivery.
• Maintain organized files, templates, assets, and presentation versions.
• Support the development and maintenance of PowerPoint templates and reusable design assets.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of:
• Slide Master
• PowerPoint templates
• Charts & graphs
• SmartArt
• Tables
• Infographics
• Shapes and icons
• Image manipulation
• Animations and transitions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is an advantage.
• Understanding of data visualization principles.

Design Skills

• Strong understanding of corporate design.
• Good typography and layout skills.
• Ability to create visually balanced slides.
• Strong attention to spacing, alignment, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Ability to simplify complex information visually.
• Understanding of corporate branding and visual identity.

Enterprise Client Skills

The candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where:

• Client brand guidelines are strictly followed.
• Presentations may require multiple review and approval cycles.
• Requests can come with short turnaround times.
• Multiple stakeholders may provide feedback.
• Confidential business information must be handled professionally.
• Quality and accuracy are critical.
• Deliverables may need to be produced in high volumes and under tight deadlines.
• Work may support global teams and international clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in PowerPoint presentation design / corporate presentation design / graphic design.
• Experience working with large enterprises, consulting firms, real estate companies, IT companies, financial services, or global organizations is preferred.
• Strong visual and creative thinking.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements quickly.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a project team.
• Comfortable handling urgent and high-priority requests.
• Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
