Power Platform Developer to join a growing Automation Team focused on streamlining business processes and delivering low-code solutions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical development with business process improvement and thrives in a highly collaborative environment. Working closely with business stakeholders and automation leaders, you will design, build, and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Create and optimize workflow automations using Power Automate
- Partner with business teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and adoption
- Support implementation of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions
- Build and maintain integrations with relational databases and other enterprise systems
- Document business requirements, workflows, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow and other automation resources
Requirements
- Experience serving as a Technical Business Analyst or working in a hybrid BA/Developer capacity
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or AI-powered productivity solutions
- Background in web design, UI/UX design, or front-end development
- Exposure to ServiceNow integrations or enterprise workflow platforms
- Passion for low-code/no-code technologies and process automation
