Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with focus on ROI and efficiency
2. Own and monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV
3. Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4 and conduct funnel and cohort analysis
4. Implement and manage conversion tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager
5. Troubleshoot pixel, event tracking, and attribution issues
6. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
7. Execute on-page SEO to improve organic traffic and rankings
8. Design and run A/B tests across ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
9. Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CAC and improve ROAS
10. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align marketing with revenue goals
