About The Role
Reporting into the CRM Integration & Enablement Manager, as the CRM Braze Specialist, you will own innovation for our marketing automation platform, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer communications. From ideation to execution, you’ll drive the creation of innovative, high-impact customer journeys, use cases, and capabilities that elevate our brand and deliver real business results. Partnering with both technical and commercial teams, you’ll bring creative ideas and new product launches to life – building experiences that captivate our audience and drive impact for the business. You’ll also take the lead in developing streamlined processes and documentation that ensure we’re always working smarter and faster.Responsibilities
- End to end management of current use cases and capabilities from requirements gathering, input into solution design, testing and roll out
- Work closely with audience and delivery teams to ensure use cases and capabilities are built, tested and implemented
- Understand our data and how it’s integrated to best implement and track customer journey’s.
- Work with stakeholders from across the business to understand priorities and how messaging can reach business and commercial goals
- Reporting & optimization of campaigns and being able to communicate the value of campaigns to a variety of teams across the business
- Development and implementation of processes, procedures, and documentation
- Competitor activity tracking, analysis and benchmarking
