Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations and ensure SLA/KPI achievement.
- Lead and mentor Team Managers and large teams to drive productivity and engagement.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Identify operational risks and drive timely resolution.
- Conduct RCA and implement preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Project, Quality, and Training teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage project transitions, expansions, and change initiatives.
- Provide regular operational reporting and stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations and People Management.
- Experience managing Team Leaders/Managers in SLA-driven environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Exposure to AI/Data Operations, BPO, Digital Operations, or similar domains is preferred.
