Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations and ensure SLA/KPI achievement.
  • Lead and mentor Team Managers and large teams to drive productivity and engagement.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Identify operational risks and drive timely resolution.
  • Conduct RCA and implement preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Project, Quality, and Training teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage project transitions, expansions, and change initiatives.
  • Provide regular operational reporting and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations and People Management.
  • Experience managing Team Leaders/Managers in SLA-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Exposure to AI/Data Operations, BPO, Digital Operations, or similar domains is preferred.
