You’ll be involved across the full stack, participating in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline work, and supporting continuous improvement of the development practice. The team will invest in bringing you up to speed on HTMX (so prior experience isn’t essential – a willingness to learn is).
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, building, testing and maintaining .NET applications within a complex enterprise environment
- Writing clean, well-documented code and participating in code reviews to uphold team standards
- Collaborating with business analysts and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Working across MS SQL – including stored procedures and database design
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps workflows
- Picking up front-end work using HTMX (training provided)
- Communicating clearly on project status, roadblocks, and progress
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of solid .NET development experience (C#)
- Exposure to enterprise or ERP-level applications – you understand that business logic can be genuinely complex
- Strong MS SQL skills, including stored procedures
- Familiarity with Azure
- Some front-end experience or exposure – HTMX a bonus, but not required
- A genuine full-stack mindset – you’re happy to work across layers
- Attitude above all else – you’re a team player, solutions-focused, and adaptable
- Willingness to learn and pick things up quickly
- IT degree or equivalent practical experience
