Multimedia Designer, Video & Graphic Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Produce best-in-class video and static creative for the Canada English and French customer across paid social channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Meta and other channels), owning projects from concept through final execution.
• Concept and test ad variations, using data and analytics to guide design decisions and drive performance.
• Develop and maintain brand-right templates and graphic standards that can be replicated and scaled across franchises.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Brand Creative, merchandisers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life, and present work to leadership—adjusting based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all output meets brand standards and is delivered on time and on budget.
  

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of combined experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally at brand-focused companies; prior experience as a mid-level designer.
• Associate’s degree (minimum) in graphic design or a related field.
• An up-to-date digital portfolio demonstrating proficiency in performance creative across both static and video work. (Please submit a portfolio to be considered.)
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media and the digital advertising landscape.
• Highly organized and able to multitask, managing multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining high-quality brand standards.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where workflows change and move rapidly.
• Proactive, highly motivated team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in the retail/apparel industry is a plus.
