Multimedia Designer, Video & Graphic Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Produce best-in-class video and static creative for the Quince Canada English and French customer across paid social channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Meta and other channels), owning projects from concept through final execution.
• Concept and test ad variations, using data and analytics to guide design decisions and drive performance.
• Develop and maintain brand-right templates and graphic standards that can be replicated and scaled across franchises.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Brand Creative, merchandisers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life, and present work to leadership—adjusting based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all output meets Quince brand standards and is delivered on time and on budget.
  

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of combined experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally at brand-focused companies; prior experience as a mid-level designer.
• Associate’s degree (minimum) in graphic design or a related field.
• An up-to-date digital portfolio demonstrating proficiency in performance creative across both static and video work. (Please submit a portfolio to be considered.)
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media and the digital advertising landscape.
• Highly organized and able to multitask, managing multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining high-quality brand standards.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where workflows change and move rapidly.
• Proactive, highly motivated team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in the retail/apparel industry is a plus.
