Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role combines functional expertise with technical guidance to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Dynamics 365 CRM solutions while ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional solution designs and user stories.
Design CRM process flows, business rules, entity/data model extensions, and automation solutions.
Advise on standard versus custom Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and recommend best-fit solutions.
Provide technical guidance on CRM configuration, customisation, plug-ins, integrations, and security models.
Leverage Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot to enhance business processes.
Review solution designs to ensure scalability, maintainability, governance, and minimal technical debt.
Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, design reviews, UAT, and production releases.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and support teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
6–8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a techno-functional role.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, configuration, and customisation.
Experience with CRM plug-ins, integrations, security and role-based access design.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot integration.
Strong understanding of CRM solution design, data modelling, and business process automation.
Experience working in Agile environments with sprint planning, backlog management, UAT, and release support.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within enterprise support or application management environments is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate (MB-210 or equivalent).
Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-200 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Additional Microsoft Azure or Dynamics 365 certifications will be an advantage.
Preferred
Experience within the Energy, Resources, or Industrial sectors is advantageous.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, governance frameworks, and Dynamics 365 licensing is highly regarded.
