Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the assigned region.
• Build and strengthen relationships with poultry farms, consultants, integrators, distributors, and key customers to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Achieve sales, collection, profitability, and market share targets through effective account management and commercial negotiations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports while ensuring timely achievement of regional objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team while ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional collaboration and service support.
