Job Description
Responsibility
- Lead and deliver buying and merchandising initiatives across channels to drive efficiency and create business impact.
- Develop and implement seasonal assortment plans to meet preorder targets and create incremental business opportunities.
- Manage inventory and range planning to ensure full price sell-through and optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buying, SCM, marketing, and CTC to launch campaigns and manage GTM activities.
- Drive end-to-end GTM processes, delivering key milestones such as option planning, ABC grading, selections, assortment planning, range width, pre-buy alignment meetings, partner reviews, and sell-in strategy.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of buying strategies.
- Explore and introduce best practices from industry and other clusters that can have significant business impact.
- Deliver budget planning and demand forecasting aligned with targeted growth and category contribution across channels, while supporting different product strategies to reduce cannibalization.
- Create efficient markdown plans in accordance with brand guidance and co-own FPST with the trading team to sharpen future buys.
- Lead automation in B&M, taking ownership for talent management processes to grow, develop, and retain talents, and promote a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and individual goals.
- Translate company goals into team-specific actions and business plans, ensuring the team delivers on sell-through through continuous review of performance, inventory, and product trends.
