Job Description

Responsibilities:

A. Business Development
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across India.
2. Generate enquiries from architects, consultants, PMCs, developers, contractors, and government organizations.
3. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Develop annual business plans and territory growth strategies.

B. Project Sales
1. Manage the complete project sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
2. Coordinate technical presentations and product demonstrations.
3. Participate in pre-bid meetings and tender discussions.
4. Track large commercial and infrastructure projects.

C. Customer Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, PMCs, builders, developers, EPC contractors, and government departments.
2. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

D. Channel Development
1. Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
2. Develop regional sales partners in strategic locations.
3. Conduct partner training and performance reviews.

E. Sales Operations
1. Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
2. Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
3. Coordinate with estimation, production, logistics, and installation teams.
4. Ensure timely collection of payments.

F. Market Intelligence
1. Monitor competitors, pricing, and new product launches.
2. Identify emerging market trends.
3. Recommend new products based on Indian market requirements.

G. Reporting
1. Maintain CRM records and sales data.
2. Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly sales forecasts.
3. Monitor the sales pipeline and conversion ratios.
