Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead OEM product development programs from concept to production.
2. Plan, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
3. Coordinate with hardware, embedded, PCB, mechanical, testing, and manufacturing teams.
4. Manage OEM/EMS vendors and manufacturing partners.
5. Drive new product introduction (NPI) and production readiness.
6. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
7. Support component sourcing, BOM management, and engineering change processes.
8. Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.
9. Prepare project reports and communicate progress with stakeholders.
