Responsibilities
- As an Associate Renewals Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing customer retention and minimizing churn through effective sales and relationship-building techniques
- You will be responsible for managing the renewal process, aligning with customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success and growth
- Maximize customer retention rates by employing effective sales techniques through phone, video, and email communications, while focusing on minimizing customer churn and contraction
- Oversee the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded
- Assess and evaluate license usage and complete the necessary true-up requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of customer business needs and goals to generate accurate renewal quotes
- Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives as needed
- Ensure all renewals are closed within a timely manner to support revenue goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on strategies and plans for renewals, using customer analytics and metrics to enhance decision-making
- Coordinate with customers to ensure that Purchase Orders (POs) and order forms are completed accurately for smooth internal deal approvals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
