Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ bid lifecycle, from requirement analysis through proposal submission.
  • Analyze client requirements, identify risks, define win themes, and develop compelling solution narratives.
  • Develop proposals, executive summaries, delivery methodologies, compliance matrices, and solution approaches.
  • Design digital learning solutions across Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, Lectora, ePub3, animations, interactive games, SCORM/xAPI/cmi5, etc.
  • Develop solution approaches for WCAG, Section 508, EN 301 549, including accessibility testing, VPATs, and assistive-technology validation.
  • Define workflow automation, QA checkpoints, localization processes, and operational efficiencies within proposals.
  • Incorporate practical AI/GenAI, LLM, synthetic media, dynamic assessment, and AI-assisted localization use cases.
  • Build detailed LOE estimates, WBS, rate cards, pricing models, margins, resource plans, and volume/multi-currency pricing.
  • Develop and maintain bid automation tools/calculators using Python, VBA/Macros, or Google Apps Script.
  • Lead/co-lead client discovery calls, clarification meetings, proposal presentations, and oral bid defenses.
  • Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, solution workflows, technical diagrams, and value propositions.
  • Manage bid governance, timelines, task allocation, milestones, proposal pipelines, and status tracking using Smartsheet/project management tools.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in RFP/Bid Management, solutioning, and proposal development within eLearning, EdTech, digital content, or digital learning environments.
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, MCA, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the digital learning ecosystem, including authoring tools, LMS, ePubs, animations, serious games, accessibility, AI, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of WCAG, Section 508, and EN 301 549 with exposure to accessibility auditing and assistive technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in LOE estimation, WBS, pricing, resource planning, and financial modelling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, dynamic arrays, and scenario/LOE models.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, including solution storytelling, technical diagrams, and executive-level presentations.
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet/project management tools, including automation, dependencies, Gantt charts, and dashboards.
  • Practical scripting knowledge in Python, VBA, or Google Apps Script for productivity and bid automation.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, negotiation, and solution-defense skills.
  • Ability to independently solution and author proposals without heavy dependency on delivery teams.
  • Preferred: APMP or equivalent bid-management certification; familiarity with WAVE, Axe, PAC, NVDA/JAWS, and LMS integrations such as LTI, xAPI, and REST APIs.
