Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing real-world vendor management and procurement scenarios.
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated vendor assessments, supplier onboarding documentation, procurement workflows, and compliance reports.
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate vendor documentation, including statutory registrations, certifications, financial records, compliance documents, and contractual agreements.
• Review AI-generated outputs related to supplier selection, RFQs, quotations, procurement evaluations, and sourcing decisions.
• Assess vendor performance using KPIs, service-level agreements (SLAs), quality metrics, delivery performance, and compliance standards.
• Identify documentation gaps, compliance issues, supplier risks, procurement inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in vendor management and procurement workflows.
• Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on supplier management, procurement operations, and supply chain intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in vendor management, procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain operations, or supplier relationship management.
• Reviewing vendor documentation, including GST registration, PAN, MSME certificates, bank details, compliance documents, and statutory registrations.
• Evaluating supplier capability, financial stability, technical qualifications, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinating RFQs, quotation analysis, vendor selection, and supplier negotiations.
• Monitoring vendor KPIs, SLAs, delivery performance, quality metrics, and corrective action plans.
• Supporting procurement teams with supplier database management, contract compliance, and vendor lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa, Ariba, Zoho, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated procurement and vendor management outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with manufacturing, healthcare, retail, technology, infrastructure, logistics, or consulting organizations.
• Familiarity with supplier audits, vendor risk assessments, ESG compliance, and procurement governance.
• Experience managing supplier scorecards, procurement analytics, spend analysis, and vendor performance reporting.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM), strategic sourcing, and category management.
• Experience with AI-powered procurement tools, procurement automation platforms, or digital sourcing solutions.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CIPS, or equivalent procurement and supply chain credentials are an advantage.
