What you will be doing:

  • Resolving Level 1 support tickets
  • Update and maintain knowledge base
  • Apply best practices
  • Escalate tickets when required

What you need to have:

  • 1-2 year experience working across service desk (MSP environment)
  • Technical expertise in;
    • Office 365
    • Azure AD/AD
    • Sharepoint
    • ConnectWise
    • Windows desktop
    • DNS/DHCP
    • Internet issues
