What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions for a new investment services platform.
• Investigate and resolve complex application and system technical problems through advanced troubleshooting.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes to policies and procedures.
• Participate in design reviews and mentor junior engineers while conducting peer code reviews.
• Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified and controlled in accordance with compliance policies.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• 4 years of software development experience with a deep technical understanding of enterprise disciplines.
• 2 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Java and a basic understanding of languages such as Go, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
